The king.com app does not appear in the settings of my newly downloaded Candy Crush Saga. As a result I cannot access my saved game history. How can I access my games?

Hi @Abalone and welcome to our adorable Community 😊 If I understand well, you don't see a King icon in your game. Can you please post a screenshot so I can see what exactly is happening and try to help you? If you don't know how to do it, follow the instructions on the link below.

Thank you for the screenshot @Abalone When you open the game click on My account and from there you can find an option to connect with a King or a Facebook account. You can see the detailed instructions on the link above.

I have purchased the candy crush from the Apple store provided on my new iPhone 8+. There is no blue button for “account”. The only ootion provided is to check in with a Facebook account. See screenshot.

@Abalone I meant this one. When you go to your opening screen, the first screen when you open your game, you will see the blue My Account button.

When you click on My Account button it will open the new screen with two options: sign up with email or continue with Facebook. If you already have a King account click on log in with email.
