Changing Facebook profiles

Can somebody please help I tried to contact King support before and they just send robot like responses can some of the moderators just please help with this I am thinking it is pretty simple or is it? I want you to transfer the Candy Crush Saga game from my old Facebook profile which I intend to close and where my User ID is: 1355485207 to my new Facebook profile which the User ID is: 10394530698. Please write back and tell me when it will be completed.

Sorry you cannot Sync or Transfer the game to the second Facebook, according to King's Terms & Conditions.
But you should keep in touch with ''Care'' regularly.

Hi @ivo_a ,

Player Relations Team here can help you with getting your game progress back on track however it's important that you select correct topic (Problems with my game) and subtopic (game didn't save) when contacting them.

If you get an automated response I would recommend replying to the email saying that you still need help.
