Only connects on WiFi

Since updating to iOS 13 it now only syncs over WiFi not data. Was working fine before then update and other apps work fine too. There are a couple of updates to iOS 13 which I have done.

Do you mean your game progress syncs only when connected to WiFi? Are you using several devices? Are you seeing any error messages?

That’s right. Progress sync or Facebook connect only works on WiFi. Unusually get the spinning cog bottom right then a red x. I use an iPhone and an iPad same as I’ve always used. No error messages as such just the red x. My username is Piss. Sorry about that one

Hi, this is not your problem nor CCS App, iOS 13.1 is the problem.

Bit strange that out of the tons of apps I have only Cc as affected. And even if that is the case why don’t you update the game so it works with iOS 13?

User ID is a series of numbers - that sounds like your user name. These steps will help you find the ID.

Same issue. On android. Have done all the trouble shooting tips. Even bought a new phone. Called my carrier. Called my manufacturer. Called google play store. I HAVE DONE EVERYTHING AND NOTHING WORKS!!!!!!!!

I'm having the same problems on my android my game saves but won't let me collect gifts etc as I get the red cross and my face is in a bubble
