Boosters gone

All my boosters are gone, timed boosters won’t work, this is on my iPhone and iPad. Yesterday the game wasn’t syncing with my Facebook properly and I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled on iPhone.

The issue that you have mentioned regarding being unable to use boosters on levels 4603 is due to how these levels are actually each tutorial levels implemented with the release of the new Crystal Candies. For this reason, the boosters that can generally be enabled or used prior to entering the level will not appear for use on these particular levels, however they should appear on levels such as 4599 and the levels 4601 and beyond. For the 5 levels (4596 -4597 -4598 4600 4603) very close, there is this arrangement and this is not your game problem.The boosters you had previously should still appear in your inventory, but just wont be available for the mentioned levels.

It was foolish of you to uninstall the game, when you do that then redownload it your boosters disappear. If you try and contact King about this they’ll simply say that the boosters are tied to your device and are non-replaceable.

I can’t recall the specific level numbers but if that level is one of the first few after the Crystals were introduced, then pre-game boosters were not available to use at all.
