After Update the Terms&Conditions I where set back on Level 1

Hi!

I was at Level 1400+ (do not know exactely).
There was a Popup 3 days ago. Seems like an update for Terms&Conditions (I think).
I was very quick by pressing OK.
Wanted to start the game.
Than, I was thrown back to level 1.

What happend?

Hi!
I only use Candy Crush on my Iphone.
No Sync with FB or Kingdom.
Also no ne Hard or Software.
