I lost my item in the game after download and log in to the game back

@trucle93 That way you save only your progress and your levels are the same once you log back in. The boosters are saved on your device, hence you lose them if you reinstall the game.

@trucle93 You can always use your boosters before reinstalling the game or chamging the device and that way they won't bw wasted 😉

You should know that the boosters you collect are saved on your device's memory. This means that you can reach them if you are offline. Unfortunately, it also means that you will lose all of the boosters if you change the device or reinstall the game. We don't recommend collecting a lot of boosters, it's better if you just use them while playing the game. Here are some tips on safeguarding your boosters.
