Purchased the sweet bundle and did not receive gold bars. Can I get the bars or a refund?

    You tried completing the contact form and it wouldn't go out?  Maybe the system is down.  Try later on or first thing tomorrow morning to see if it goes through.  I posted there once and it went through so maybe the system is down at the moment.
