Hi @vog13 Do not despair, surely your problem will be solved. Follow the steps given below. Open game > My account > Log out from Facebook > Close the game app. Open Facebook app > Log out Facebook > User Accounts > Remove other account > Close Facebook app. <<<<<>>>>> Open Facebook app > Log in with your ID. Open Candy Crush Saga > Connect with facebook > Check Game & Let me know.

Hi thk you very much! it worked. but now if I try to log in with Facebook it recognizes my mum Facebook and opens in her game ( level 478 ) not mine :( ( . I ll stay logged in Kingdom but I had my friends on Facebook.... anyway thanks again

Hi @vog13

This problem may be due to a temporary problem. Right now, I'm asking you to check the steps below. Check App Update > Log Out Game > Restart Device > Open Game & Log In.
If the problem remains the same, You can try uninstalling and reinstalling the game app.  You will lose all the stored boosters to do this, but will regain your gold bars and game progress.
