Why am I no longer earning boosters even though I collect sugar drops?

I'm still collecting sugar drops during levels (the jar fills up) but as of this week they no longer add up to earn boosters. Once I exit a level after playing it there is no sign of the sugar drops having been earned. Where have they gone?

@Matt_Crivelli it looks like you are part of the test group receiving sugar drops in a different way. Click on the wheel on the right-hand side where you see the “power ups”. At the top you should see the Sugar Track. You are still collecting the drops but they don’t get added automatically, instead there is a “claim” button so you can choose to claim them whenever you want.1

I am very sorry to hear about the issue with the Sugar Drops in your game!! Do you see the count of the Sugar Drops growing OR does it stay the same?
Will it be possible for you to provide a screenshot of the Sugar Drops --
1) how it is shown before you click on Play
2) where you the jar filling up with the Sugar Drops
