Repeatedly Don’t get my rewards

Hi!
For several times now I get ripped off on my booster reward. UFO, colour bombs, time wraps etc, when collecting keys and from Fantastic Five. Only today it happens three times.
its really annoying since it is the only way to fill up my booster stock after you have removed the possibility to gain it from watching ad and so on.
below is just one example!
from the pictures (it’s in wrong order) you can see that:
last pic: I got rewarded with a hand and one hour color bomb
top pic: I’m on level 5319 and have a color bomb
mittle pic: recent status whith no color bomb for one hour

this, wraped candys and a bunch of ufo I never got
