How come I cannot send or receive lives ?

I have a similar issue.......I haven't been able to send or receive lives for a month......1

I have not been able to send or receive lives or any help passing a roadblock for at least 4 months now.
I have tried to contact support, but all I get is an answer pertaining to Facebook, which I do not use. I am frustrated with the lack of support.3 -

När jag började spela detta spel, så kunde man skicka liv till alla sina vänner som också spelade candy. Varför kan man inte göra det längre? Nu är det istort sett 2 som man skickar och tar imot liv från. Oavsett om man skickar förfrågningar manuellt!!1
