I am unable to login my kingdom account.

InspiteIof havin a net connection it's showing you rlare not connected. I  am not getting free spin I am not getting rewards 
It's only showing error occured 
Please help

    We're sorry for your problem. Right now, I will ask you to do a few troubleshooting checks.
    Check app update > Log out game > Restart device > Open game & Log in.
    If you still have the problem after doing this, follow the check below.
    Please note,You cannot log out of the game if your app is corrupted.

    In fact, if you change your Facebook or Kingdom password without logging out the game, the game app will be corrupted. If you find the image below while connecting game to the server, you can be sure that your game app has been corrupted.

    In that case, you must uninstall and reinstall the game app.There is no other way.😭 You will lose all the stored boosters to do this, but will regain your gold bars and game progress.
