Hello,

Can someone please help me reset my Kingdom password. I am not receiving the password reset email. I have been requesting the reset email for the past 3 months. Nothing is showing up. Tried on iOS devices and well as from Safari and Firefox browser. I continually monitor my junk folder as well as regular inbox. I do not have a Facebook account, nor is my Candy Crush game linked to Facebook. How do I log back in to continue where I left off?

PLEASE HELP!

    Please check your King Care inbox (top right on a computer or if you are using a mobile device, tap the the lines in the top right corner to access the menu) as I have sent you a message about this.

    The king care does not help, it just returns messages that are templates and not real people.  I also am trying to reset my password but am not getting an email.

    Hi,
    I lost the password for the account created with wrong e-mail "josette.hafner@bluwin.ch" and can not reset it as the real e-mail is "josette.hafner@bluewin.ch" blu with an e.
    Can you help to reset the password ?
