I’ve lost my progress. When I sign in it puts me back to level 1

I saved the progress to a user name and email. When I went to log back in it wouldn’t recognize the email. So I created a new user with that email and it started me back to level 1.

Hi @firebombmarkus thanks for the reply. I am logging onto an iPad Pro. I logged on through my FaceBook account and it restored my progress to 4375. What I am really wanting is the ability watch ads to gain extra boasters. For some reason my account does not offer that but my account on my cell phone does (different Facebook account). I thought If I deleted the app and logged in with the king account and user name that may change my ability to watch adds. Thoughts?

@Deezy Thus feature is not available always to everyone just a random testing groups which mean there is no way to know for sure if and when will you have it. It can happen that you see them again later on.
