The game crashed. Had to reinstall it and lost everything I had. My game is connected to my Facebook. I've spent over $30 on this game and lost everything I had. I feel cheated and ripped off..

    Hi, @zippy79! I’m really sorry this happened to you, but King doesn’t refund lost boosters and lives. However, they will refund your gold bars if you lost any. Let me know if you lost any and I’ll try to do what I can. Once again, I’m sorry about this.

    I had over 100 bars and a bunch of boosters and everything is gone even after I logged into my Facebook.

    @zippy79, I’ll leave the support link below. Since retrieving gold bars may require personal information, I can’t handle this in the community. Take the link and tell King what your problem is, and you should get your gold back. This may take a little time as the team is out of office for the holidays. I hope this works out!
