Missing gold bars and boosters

Hi 
 
Please can I get some help in getting my missing gold bars and various boosters reinstated to my mobile. I had accumulated these by purchasing three separate Candy Crush Saga extra & special offers this year and last week these disappeared from my iPhone. I’ve lost over 20 bars and various boosters. 

My User Id is 11164421310. 

I have filled the online help form three separate times re this matter and just get told to contact the ‘community’.

    Since you purchased boosters, you need to report your problem there.You will reply to each email you receive from Support "Need help"

    I’ve completed the online form on Christmas Day, hopefully this time I get some assistance, so far I haven’t been contacted by King.
