How do you get rid of those clock things (magic mixers) that spin and spin?

Level 1
I'm on level 1398 and these clock things (magic mixers, evil spawners) started before this level but I'm having a hard time with them now. Is there a way to destroy them?

Hi @Softballmommy and warm welcome to the community!
You just need to hit them 5 times and boom, they're gone. You can destroy them by Special Candy effects and using your Lollipop Hammers (use them wisely because they never grow on trees!)
