Hi @Ircrecelius1, welcome to our community. Where are you playing the game - computer or mobile? Which platform are you using - Facebook, Windows 10 or king.com? Are you clearing out the history daily? Once I get more information from you I will try to direct you further.
As long as you have a King account that allows you to sign in and out with a password your progress will not be lost. I was at level 6094 when I uninstalled so I understand being afraid of having to start over. I don’t have Facebook but I can sign in and out of my King account with my password. Therefore my progress is always saved. As stated before you will lose your boosters.

I’m still having this same problem with no internet connection and I have been following all the recommended “fixes” from your support emails. I have nothing left to try so hopefully this is a server problem which King will fix. I don’t have a Facebook account so that is the one thing I am unable to try.
The only other alternative @exiugirl, is to uninstall and reinstall the game but I do have to warn you that you will lose all lives and boosters since they are only saved to your device.
If I uninstall the game and sign back in will I still be at level 6094- I have finished all levels available on my iPad and do not wish to start over. But since I am having the same problem on my iPhone and my iPad I have to think this a King issue and not a device issue. However I will uninstall on both devices if I will be able to sign back in and be at my current level. I don’t care about lives and boosters that much.
As long as you have been playing the game through Facebook or King then your progress will be saved. You should also still have your gold bars because those are saved on their server.
I have been having the same problem on my iPad since late December. This doesn’t occur on my iPhone, but the game levels and history are not in sync. Any suggestions?
