Hi @Verdis, welcome to our community. You can only sync the two of them on king.com with a computer. Do you have access to a computer? You can follow the steps from here.

It doesn't matter which one has the higher progress because once you sync them together they should be the same level on both. Have you tried it yet?

Are you not able to log in with Facebook at all? The players who are writing about no connection are able to get into the game but then they get the message no Internet connection. Try clearing out your phone and follow the steps from here. Let's see if the troubleshooting helps.

@Verdis, unfortunately the only way to get rid of that message is to uninstall and reinstall the game but I have to warn you that you will lose all lives and boosters because they are only saved to your device. All gold bars will remain because they are saved on their server.
