5 sugar drop max?

Played level 1476 and 281 today only to find that after 5 sugar drops, no more came down during the game?!
Is this another "experiment" by King on a select group or a universal issue? I hope this is a bug and it will be fixed.
It was bad enough when King started rewarding sugar drop players with timed boosters which are useless for those of use collecting to get ready for Wednesday's release of new games.

Dear community,

First of all, welcome to the new comers! I'd like to confirm that getting 5 drops per level is not an issue. The Studio has confirmed that some changes will be applied to some random players with their Sugar drops. Last week, a new and random test group was created and started to reach more players.

Let me share with you here a quick overview of the changes for this group of players:

Changing the Sugar Candies drops to 5.
Changes also in the rewards: untimed boosters as rewards.
For players that are still progressing throughout the very first levels of Candy Crush Saga, the Sugar Drops feature can be unlocked at level 130 whereas for other players (depending on whether they are part of this random group or not) they can unlock the feature at level 501.

Also, information regarding the Sugar Track (inside the Power Up menu):
for now, the Sugar track it shouldn't be visible in the game. I've been informed that, originally, there was no way to see how many sugar candies we had. During some time, we had the chance the see the Sugar track and we were able to see this information. I forwarded this information to the Studio and they will be evaluating the possibility to bring it back in some way. However, for now, we shouldn't expect to see the Sugar Track in the Power-Ups menu.

If only everyone had the option to watch those videos... I don't have them anymore. This cap on the drops sucks, too.
But I didn't even know about being able to harvest them every 8 hours and only for it for a couple of weeks before they pushed the 5 per level update. I thought they were a random occurrence.
I still managed to get to 3189 within a few months. I know it's only gonna get harder, though, but I won't pay to play this game.
What makes a person angry is losing something like these sugar drops and the ad videos, but the person sitting next to you STILL HAS BOTH.

Now that they stopped doing the timed boosters for the drops how about giving boosters for drops in the old flash version again. you can still make 100+ on a single level there with the right level, some luck, and some skill. But all for nothing if you don't get the boosters.

This is not a "Glitch" I hope someone from Candy Crust actually reads this as you have dozens of postings from players, some who usually don't post, unhappy with this change. This doesn't even take into account the players who did not post and just quit the game. How long does it take you to get new players to play your game? How many of these new players will play for years? Every game has a finite life, when you upset and start to lose your core players it the beginning of the end.

I have been playing candy crush for years....it saddens me so much that you can only collect 5 sugar drops per game. This is just STUPID, why even have sugar drops then? Part of the fun is seeing how many you can collect per game.

If this is going to be permanent, then just give 5 automatically!

I truly HATE this new change. Once again, the fun is being sucked out.

This reminds me of when you changed the booster bot...that didn't work out well, now did it....

Mom finally catches a break!
Not only did she get to keep the unlimited Sugar Drops. She hot the jackpot on the Booster Wheel last night!
I have no idea egg King continues to cut people off at the knees with these incredibly unfair changes.
Five candies per game is absolutely ludicrous. Especially when the rewards aren't even as good as what you get from the candy pet. If you even HAVE the candy pet.

It seems that King have not intention to change the limits of candies per level... players aren’t happy but apparently they don’t care.. I’ve posted here before saying it’s time to say goodbye to candy crush, but I’ve played again with hopes that King can revert the “situation”... but after some days, they don’t. It’s a shame, but definitely (and personally) and after more than 6100 levels.. GOODBYE CANDY CRUSH. I know that for King I am “just one player”... but I was so faithful to this game for all the years, as many of other players... Enjoy King your limit of 5 candies.

And yes... I am upset. 😤

Task bar stuck
when I open candy crush the task bar comes up on the screen and does not go off I have to keep turning WiFi and mobile data off to play the game but when I go to the next turn the task bar comes up and does the same thing.
Where’s my past games and record
I accidentally deleted my Canndt crush saga, couldn’t retrieve it, downloaded a new App but now they are starting me from the beginning. Where has my record gone?

As shown in the picture, the screen gone grey and frozen when the lives are running out… no matter I restart the app or my phone.
Why can’t I access the shop and booster wheel despite connection to internet?
it’s been months that my booster wheel doesn’t work. It keeps saying connection issue but my internet was fine. I could access everything in other apps. Recently, I was trying to use the gold brick to buy some boosters but it keeps loading forever and unable to show the purchase page.
