Unauthorized purchase claim and no purchase item received

Could you please help me to revert the transaction made of Rs.1599/- INR on 17th of Januar2020 as this was made by mistakenly on app purchases from google app store without my concern or confirmation.

have also raised the case for the suspicious activity to google Payment(Claim ID:3922-8233-7271) on the same day as I am not aware of this transaction. additionally, I have blocked my Debit card so please let me know if there is an issue with reverting the amount.

Please do the standard trouble shooting by log out, update your game application, restart your device and login, if playing through browser please clear cache/ history. And login again.
