Why did I not advance my level

I just completed level no 4339. The game did not advance me. Can you check please or how do I get moved up?

    Can you please tell me which game you are having this issue in?  Is it Candy Soda game OR Candy Crush game?  

    Also, are you playing on a PC or a Mobile device?
