Lost progress from level 2,547
My mom just decided to link her Candy Crush game to Facebook thinking that it would back up everything she has accomplished so far (2,547 LEVELS!!) but when she logged in and returned to the game, she noticed that it went back to level 1.
Can her progress be restored somehow through her Facebook account by King? It’s devastating that years worth of playing just disappeared!

Hello! Welcome to the community. Please see this blog here for the steps to follow if you have lost your progress.
The Blog includes lots of steps on how to fix this problem yourself :-)
If you are not able to restore your own levels, please see the contact form at the end of the Blog, be sure to select "Lost Progress" as the reason of contact.

I have lost my candy crush progress and when I go into the game it tells me I have no internet connection but I am connected

If your game was saved on Facebook or the Kingdom, you will get back the game progress. In fact, if you change your Facebook or Kingdom password without logging out the game, the game app will be corrupted. There are several different reasons, that you may have this problem. If you find the image below while connecting game to the server, you can be sure that your game app has been corrupted.
