Trophy icon missing

Hi I’m just wondering what has happened to the trophy icon mine is gone so I no longer get special challenges or build a bit or didi or rami

    Your game is probably not fully connected to the server, so you may be experiencing such an issues.
    Right now, I'm asking you to check the steps below.
    Check App Update > Log Out Game > Restart Device > Open Game & Log In.
    Keep playing the game after doing this, let me know if you get the same problem again.

    I'm having the same problem for 3 weeks. I'm also seeing similar problem with CC Jelly but CC soda is fine. CC & Jelly issues started around the same time.

    Hi @Ninjazz i logged off and logged out of Facebook turned off phone then back on and logged in to Facebook then cc and I got a pop up asking if I agree to the new terms I said yes I agree and then I got the trophy back - not sure if it was coincidence or if it actually had an effect 🤷‍♀️

    Glad you are all set. I have done every single combination of the same and more. Also my daily calendar shows 43k+hours!
