Game problem: 131,720 lives and no levels

Hi there. Trying to problem solve why my game is “glitching” - it’s showing I have played all available levels, and that I cannot play any previous ones. Also it does not show the level number it thinks I’m on. I know I’m in the 2000s and that should be nowhere near the end.

it’s also given me 131,720 lives, which is fantastic, but not when I have no levels to play...

such a tease.

mill attach a screenshot. I’ve tried logging out and back in. App is up to date and so is iOS. I am confused and sad without Candy Crush...

My suggestion would be if you first play another game or switch the device off completely for 10-15 minutes. If it still is, I'll give you a link. So please look for your device and the problem. I hope this helps you further!!

Thanks - I did but now it’s showing I’m “on” level 4, but I can see that I’ve played all the way up to 2067 so I have to scroll alllllllllllll the way up to continue 😭😭😭

also I’ve lost every power up I had. Boo. So while it is playable, there’s still a major glitch.

@stellabarnum You need to connect the game back to your Facebook account as well!
