Hi!
I opened a ticket about a week ago and someone replied to me within 24 hours asking for information. I replied back and then heard nothing for a few days. I received an automated email saying I hadn't replied so I replied back again with the info. Again, nothing for a few days and just now I received an automated response that my ticket was being closed because I hadn't replied.
Please help!

I used to have an old facebook account and deleted it many years ago. My king account must still be syncing with this old account because I cannot link it to my new facebook account. Support asked for my new facebook user id so they could change it but for some reason are not receiving my replies.

1) If you already saved your game using a Facebook or Kingdom account, follow the suggestions in "Problems getting the saved game". 2) If you have not yet saved your game, follow the steps in the section "The game was not saved, it is too late"! With this step, the "Player Support Team" can check your game progress. However, keep in mind that you can restore all of these levels with only 2 stars, but cannot get the highest scores you have achieved before! Hope that made sense and clarifies! I already did that and opened a ticket. Like I said, when I respond to their emails with further details they do not seem to receive my replies. They have some kind of automated email scraper that must get my reply and move the information into an internal ticketing system . . . this is either broken or they are ignoring me ;)
