On my old phone, I had small vibrations when I matched candy. No that has completely gone. All my settings are correct on my phone, haptics are turned on

Perhaps contact them (via webpage, 800 number or something; operators are standing by).
They wouldn't leave their users hanging; Mr. Jobs wouldn't like that, he'd be rolling around...

I’ll have to try and contact them. I’m in England so a bit late now will try tomorrow. Don’t think it is a phone issue though, it’s not even come up as an option on the candy crush app. Thank you for trying to help me
