Why can't I use my booster wheel or gold bars?

Each time I try to use the booster wheen it just spins and spins. Each time I try to use my gold cars it doesn't work either. I've reinstalled the program twice already but no luck.

Hello. Thank you for responding. I'm using a Huawei p30 lite. I am not connected to Facebook as I do not use Facebook. The daily booster wheel works but when I'm in a game and I die and try to us emy hold it doesn't load or try the free booster wheel to help it also doesn't work. Here is two screenshots so long.
