I have lost levels

I have lost almost 2000 levels. This happend a couple of months ago. Can you fix it?

Hi @boreiv and welcome to our wonderful King Community. Did you recently move your game to a new phone? Have you been playing the game thru either king.com or Facebook? If so, then customer support can restore your lost levels.

Hello @boreiv - as long as you have been playing the game either thru king.com or Facebook, customer support can help you and restore your lost levels. Check here. Then follow what the directions tell you to do and make sure you explain on the form that you have lost your progress and need their help to restore your lost levels. You will also need to include your player ID on the form. You can click on this link to see how to "Find Game ID Number".
