Why can't I send or receive lives from friends?

Dear Players,

I have noticed a lot of messages posted here in the community recently regarding not being able to send or receive lives from friends. This has prompted me to ask this question so that the studio can check it out. Please post your issues below and you will be able to view updates once the issue is resolved. Thank you!

Can't send lives

At the bottom of this page is a "contact us" button. I did contact them and they suggested settings changes, etc. None of that works. I think that they do not know that many, many people have same issue. Try writing to them and maybe if enough people report this they will take a look at this.

I am so frustrated that I cannot send lives any more. Using Chrome on windows PC. There apparently is no solution to this problem. Please help!!!!

I noticed the same issue the past few weeks. My FB friends list has disappeared so I am no longer able to receive lives or get life requests from them. Made sure that my iOS and app are updated but the issue remains. Hope this can be resolved asap. 😊

So far nothing was or is fixed only more bugs like having 4 piggy banks on the game page map but receiving or sending lifes is not a exact succes it is too bad im new and enjoy this game very much but unable to receive or s3nd lifes just make it bad experience

I can't open my envelope and it shows no lives even though I know someone has sent me some

Since I got a new iPhone I haven’t been receiving lives. I send a ton and maybe get 1 back a day when I know a ton are in fact sending me back lives.
Yet I go on the iPad and have a ton of lives but different level. So frustrating.

in my weekly contest it is not recording my progress. It says I have only won 5 levels this week and I’ve actually won like 7 episodes. I have played at least 150 levels this week. I am Nikki #8 on the list
