Hello, I would like to use my gold bars in the Candy crush shop, but I can't get in. It turns in the void. Could you tell me why? Thank you

Please help me me understanding the problem you are having: when you try to access the candy shop, the game is not loading anything? Is the game the crushing and you need to restart the app?
Are you trying to use your gold bars to buy the Unlimited lives?

First of all thank you for your welcome. Indeed, I have 68 gold bars and I would like to go into the shop to buy items or other. However, when I try a small round appears and turns in the void. Nothing's going on. I can only click on the cross at the top right to go back on my game path.

Gold bars can de used generally to purchase the Unlimited lives (6 hours) and to get boosters, moves, spin the wheel, etc. When checking the Candy Shop, all purchases can be done via in-app purchases but not with Gold Bars.
However, you should be able to open the Candy Shop and see the different offers and bundles available in the game.
Can you please tell us the make and model and software version of the platform you are playing on - in case this problem is linked to a specific platform? Also, please tell us the version of the game. (make sure you have the latest version of the game installed!)

Thanks for your reply and the information provided.
I checked with the Studio and we shouldn't have any issue displaying the information in the Candy Shop.
Let's try doing a couple of things. Perhaps you have already tried them, but in this case it'd worth it to try them again.

Sorry to hear that. Alright, let's see what we can do here:
As a last resort, try re-installing the game as it usually fixes most issues.
!!! Before that, please make sure that your game progress is backed up via Facebook or the Kingdom.
To back up with Facebook click on the Connect button and introduce your Facebook log in details, or connect your game with your Kingdom account. Please note that any boosters or extra lives stored in the game could be lost during this process. I suggest you also to check to have enough free space available on your device, at least 2GB.

I uninstalled candy crush saga and when I wanted to reinstall it there were too many choices. can you give me the exact download link. thank you so much
