I am very sorry to hear about the issue in your game! I am assuming that you are talking about the Candy Crush game!
If so, there is an issue with this feature, and it was already reported to the Candy Crush Studio and they are looking into if and working for a fix ๐๏ธ
Can I request you to go to this main thread and post your complaint there ---> "Issue with Lives" along with below details...
1) Device you are using; (2) Logged in through Facebook OR Kingdom account; (3) Version you have.

when i get lives in my mailbox . they are taken away ..when i get 5 more it will take up to 10

Hi, I finished 23 tickets of the Yetis Draw out of 25 , still have 2 only to reach the big prize. But all tickets disspaeared on the board game and not appearing near the level number anymore. Where did they go ?
Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncingโฆ
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
