    I have the same problem from two of my friends I receive help messages always the same about 20 I answer but I don't receive any life from them and they from me no one to please fix it

    When will this supposed new version with the fix be released? I haven’t received lives for weeks now.

    These constant issues are getting ridiculous. I’m also in the test group of max 5 sugar drops.

    So yeah I’m getting pretty done with this game that I’ve been playing for years.

    Hi there! Finally I get an answer here. Because a week ago I wrote support and received no response. I took 3 pictures. I always send these 3 lives. If it has just sent, close the app and open it again immediately. And the game starts all over again. I hardly get any life. Even in the leaderboard there is only a green check mark. I can make everyone green even there. And yet only one thing remains. It used to be better on the PC and there were no problems like this. Even that you could send 3 additional trains to everyone.

    I can no longer send lives or ask for lives from fb friends, its all bots, but I never get anything back.

    I receive 12-14 requests from the same friend every time I open the app. This can be several times a day. She only sends 1 per day. Happens on phone and pc
