Level 1668 Candy Crush Saga is classified as a nightmarishly hard level so you can expect to lose a few lives before you manage to pass it. This a double task level, you have to clear jelly as well as collect 2 ingredients.

The candies start in the bottom right square, move through the teleports into the top left square, then down to bottom left and finally up to the top right and out of the exits.

So you have to clear all the blockers to get the ingredients down to the exits, but if you work on making combos to clear the jelly you should find that the blockers will be taken care of and the ingredients should find their way down.
Sometimes the first ingredient starts in one of the outside columns which doesn't have a portal into the next section. If this happens you can try to move the ingredient over into a column with a portal, do this by getting two candies of the same colour sitting above it and one beside it. But don't waste too many moves trying to move it.

Remember to get the ingredients down to the exits you need to work in the top right square once the blockers are gone. There probably won't be any moves in this square so you need to use combos to clear the way for the ingredients. Stripe/wrap combos or colourbombs will do the job.

Don't move the ingredients away from the three columns where the teleports are.
The ingredients will slip down diagonally as long as there is space for them in the exit column.
