How to get back lost rank and gold bars after registering on Facebook?

I just registered my account via Facebook and now I have lost all my gold bars and my rank.  How do I get them back?

    You may have already saved the game on another Facebook Or the Facebook you are trying to connect to has already been synced to another Candy Crush Saga game.

    You should contact our Player Support to resolve this issue HERE.

    Fill all the boxes with tropic & sub- tropic, and wait for the answer from the customer care.

    Hi, I did as you instructed and the reply sent me back to the King.com community.  There have been no additional instructions or link to the answer. What else should I do? My rank and gold bars are still missing.

    Please email Player Support directly from the game on mobile.

    Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email. When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.
