Some of you may have noticed this message when trying to connect to Facebook or your King account in the game:


This is under investigation and the tech team is doing what they can to find a solution for this. 

I will post any updates and more info about this here as soon as I have any news on this.

    Hi guys!

    This error message appears of several reasons and is very complex so we have no general fix for this I'm afraid.

    If you still get this message when connecting to your Facebook or King account, please email Player Support so they can check what the issue is in your game specifically and help you with a fix.

    To send an email, please tap the Settings in the game and then the '?' to get to the Help Center where you can contact Player Support from.

    If that doesn't work, please use the form here to send an email.

    Unable to login to candy crush saga through the app on my phone it keeps saying connection error try again later

    Welcome back to the King Community.

    We're sorry for your problem. In fact, if you change your Facebook or Kingdom password without logging out the game, the game app will be corrupted. If you find the image below while connecting game to the server, you can be sure that your game app has been corrupted.


    In that case, you must uninstall and reinstall the game app.There is no other way.😭 You will lose all the stored boosters to do this, but will regain your gold bars and game progress.

    Almost impossible. Check again if app were uninstalled.

    There are various reasons that can cause such problems, I have explained one major reason. If you have same problem, uninstall and then reinstall the game app.Your problem should be solved.😊

    I don't actually find it funny.... Why should I be punished for a fault with the programme which is outwith my control?
