Hello everyone and warm welcome to all new comers! 🙂

Please remember that, as commented last week, this issue will most likely be fixed with the next version of the game, v 1.171.

When will this new version be release? We don't have a release date for it yet but we will keep you posted.

Seems only fair that since we cannot send or receive lives, we should have more ways to win lives.

It seems this problem dates back to Nov. 2018, I saw a msg. posted about this problem and I saw another msg. noting the rollout will not help this problem....

Dear community,

This is now fixed! Let's have a look at the different platforms:

For Android devices: an update is being rolled out now! Please make sure to check your Google Play store an update the app to the version 1.171.
For iOS and Amazon devices: the new version 1.171 is not available yet, but it will be arriving to the app stores most likely early next week. Stay tuned!

Check here if you need help with updating the app.

If you play on Facebook: the game updates automatically. However, if you keep experiencing this issue on these platforms, then clear the cache and cookies on your browser if you play on Facebook.
On Windows 10, please make sure the automatic updates for apps are enabled so the new version 1.171 is updated on your computer.

I just remembered that my nephew had explained it to me. The update is on the big servers. This does not mean that it is immediately available in the devices. It can still take a while.

I just hope that this will never happen again. It took them so long to find a fix for it this time. I ended up having over 300 requests in my mailbox.
