You have to be connected to the Internet, so make sure that you are online to collect these gifts; also click on the backpack on the right side of the map to check the inventory.

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
