    Hi @Crazy Cat Lad,

    I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and signed in using my Email address, not Facebook. It recognises my account, but always starts at level 6?

    Do you have any other ideas?

    Sounds like it logs in correctly but doesn't sync or connect to our system so it gets synced with the other device.

    Give these steps a try:

    -First delete the game app again by going to Settings > Apps/ Application manager > Candy Crush Saga and tap 'Uninstall'

    -Stay in Settings > Apps/ Application manager and tap the 'Google Play Store'

    -From here click on 'Clear cache' then 'Uninstall updates’ and finally 'Clear data'. Please notice that you will get a warning when clicking the 'Clear data' button - don't worry as it's just a reset.

    -Restart the device and download the game again.

    -Finally open the game and reconnect it to your King account and see if it syncs properly now

    Hello @Crazy Cat Lad,

    Thanks for the advice, I followed your steps above but unfortunately I am still showing level 6 on my Android and not level 2353 as per my iPad.

    Do you have any other ideas?
