Problems advancing to a new level.

I have been at a roadblock for at least 2 months.  I am not able to send extra moves to other players, and no one apparently has been able to respond to me asking for help getting past the roadblock.  I have contacted support numerous times, only to receive a canned answer about Facebook.  I am not using Facebook.  For a while, the game was just displaying programming codes.  That seems to have been resolved.  Is anyone else having difficulty like this?

    I can't play at all, for the last 2 days.  I just get the spinning candy, the game just doesn't load.  I play online at King.com.

    Yes, it is.  Someone else commented that they kept getting an error message, which I've been getting periodically on Papa Pear.  Others have been complaining about other problems as well.  I enjoy playing these games (and yes, I know they're just games.....), but it is frustrating.

    My last post was in October 2019. I still have the problem. I cannot get anyone to help me advance to the next level. It looks like I can send help to others once in a while. I can't send moves to anyone. I keep asking for help, but no one at all responds.

    Are you stuck at a Roadblock in the game on King.com? Meaning the timer went to zero, but doesn't open.

    I am still at a roadblock. I am playing on King.com. I keep asking for help from friends, but I do not receive any response. I try to help others, but it won't let me. I still have not received an answer as to why this is happening.
