I am having the same problem! My game is updated to the latest version and my device (Ipad) too. What can I do?

This is the same garbage that King was doing before. making you upload the newest version of the game and then losing all your rewards that you either won or paid for which I think is robbery by King. I've been playing Candy Crush forever, but will leave if I don't get my sugar track back and that's a promise!!!!
