I play the game between 2 phones and I’m missing lives that friends send me, I think the game is taking my lives

play on PC (Facebook Gameroom) and all my lives have been taken as of yesterday - had 200+. seem to be on my phone and/or tablet but gone from computer ?????

Hi @mad1990 !

The Lives are not backed up to your Facebook or King account like the levels and Gold Bars.

They are saved directly on your mobile device or the browser's cache memory and can therefore be lost due several tech issues.

What device or platform are you playing on?
