Hi team

I changed my mobile and I lost all of my collected booster,like colour bomb,strip candy and party.

Try to fixed this issue,so restore in new mobile.

    Sorry to hear that you lose booster .

    In the case of Android, your collected boosters is stored in phone memory. This stored boosters can not be synced with the server, because the game studio still does not have this process. You will not be able to transfer the boosters to another device, you will lose the complete boosters and for app uninstalling or crashing. And the boosters are not refundable.

    Kings team can fixed this issues on login account.then why they don't??

    Every week they are updating games,so why not this??

    So I just got a new phone that I'm hooking up today...no you're telling me I'll lose all of my boosters again even if I log in through email or Facebook..wow last straw. I've lost all my boosters once for no apparent reason(well over 100), you took away my sugar trail then played that little build a bot change. I can't in good conscience support this game after I change phone's.
