How do you switch boosters to use them in the levels before playing?

ex. I have fishes and candy bomb but it doesn’t show when I start a new level.

The pre-game Booster you choose in the start of the level, however, some tricky levels do not have them and therefore won't show up.

As soon as you come to a level where pre-game Boosters are available, they will show up on the level's start page.

I’m the App Store it says color bomb 99 cents. Is there anyway to buy them singularly

Hey there.

You can save yourself some dough by opening up your game map & clicking on either of the two things on the right side thereof (dartboard & trophy), earn some boosters daily (perhaps a color bomb, but forget about the piñata)...
