    Yes, it is a bug of crystal.

    The sugar chest under the crystal cannot be unlocked. Only wait them to fix...

    In conclusion,

    If the chest only left 1 layer and it encases by the crystal, that layer of sugar chest cannot unlock by sugar key.

    So I think that it is a glitch

    You can see three-layered chest and two-layered chest also can unlock but one-layered chest cannot unlock.

    I don't know it is a glitch or game studio have made a change.

    Version 1.172 issue???
