I’ve got the message announcing unlimited lives for this week and it lasted five minute, then it was back to the usual 5 lives. How can I have them back?
Good day.. I purchasedunlimited lives and 10 bar of golds. The purchase were successful however I did not get any of the tgings I purchased from your store. Why do you let this happen? How can I take the money

Got the message announcing unlimited lives for a week but it worked for 1 minute !

Sorry, I have the same problem now. My husband has unlimited lives but I don’t. Could you please give me unlimited lives too? My User ID is: 1052560975
Hi @clod_sarzi ! The last week's campaign already ended so I can not look into it anymore.
This week the 24h Unlimited Lives are added to your game every afternoon and you need to be located in UK, Spain or Italy.
Make sure the app is updated to the latest version. Force close the app and restart the device and hopefully the Lives will get added correctly later today.
If it doesn't help, then email Player Support from the game's Settings and Help Center.
I’m from Italy, I already have the latest version of the game, I closed the app and restarted the device but it still doesn’t work..😔
