Looks like they changed level 6521. I have tried about 30-35 times now, but are nowhere near to clear this level without boosters. I have checked out all the videos I have found, and all them are different than the level I have. See attached screenshot. I am on android and have the latest update.

Level 6521
For this level try to play near to jellies or play near to ingredients. Make special candy and combine them with each other. Or play near to ingredients to move them and take them out from the board.

Until someone publish a COMPLETE video of the new level 6521 where they don't use boosters, I maintain that it's not possible without boosters. I am at home right now (quarantined) and I still am nowhere close to beat this level. I usually manage to beat the levels without boosters, but occasionally use a booster or two, but not this time.
