I had been given unlimited lives for a week (for coronavirus italia) but now they don't pop up anymore. Could you solve it? Thanks in advance

Hi guys! First make sure you have the latest update installed of the game. The Unlimited Lives cannot be received on some older versions of the game, so please update the game before opening it.

I lost 10 gold while redeem for life at level 15256. Some technical error happened and deducted totally 20 golds instead 10. Pl credit to my account
this level is different to what’s on line. Need help with this level. No money or boosters. Help please.
As soon as I got to this level it gave me an error message 'unable to win level' and kicked me out. I tried again a few times and same message. How do I get past this level? I read in a different comment on player page it needs yellow candies and no yellow candies show up?
It took over 400 gold bars to pass this level. How do I get some of that back? Totally ridiculous. If there are any more of those and I’m done.
