King Account progress synced to Facebook ! HELP PLEASE!

I've been trying to sync my king account to facebook for years but everytime I try to and log in the king.com website then go to account it says :"Score and progression sync

You have already synced your progress."

HOW DO I FIX THIS PLEASE ? :(

    Isn’t that u have syn already?

    use king account instead or Facebook, choose 1

    Did you try to log in to the game via Facebook?

    That-s exactly the problem , I never synced candy crush to my facebook!!!! When I log in to my facebook I'm level 82 and when I sign in to my king I'm level 1930!!!!!

    I dont know how to fix this , I really want to able to play with my facebook friends !!!

    Hi @unfaithfulpanda !

    That message means that the King account already have been synced with a Facebook account before at some point.

    You can only sync one Facebook with one King account, therefore you cannot sync any further Facebook accounts to it.

    I could find your King account in our system and that account was synced to a Facebook account in August 2013. Even though that Facebook account haven't been used since 2015 and also has been closed or deleted, you cannot sync any further accounts your King account.

    I can restore the levels manually on your Facebook account if you wish to the same level as in your King account? Note that the levels won't be synced between the accounts, but you can continue the game on your Facebook instead.

    If you could move all my progress to my facebook account it would be great , but only if 100% I'm gonna get all the levels I passed there , since it's so many :(

    I'd rather be able play from my facebook account so I can play with my friends

    OK, no probs!

    Just let me know the Game ID from the Facebook account and I will move the game to the same level.

    I have the same problem!!! Seems my account is linked to an old Facebook account that may be deleted! Please help me move my progress to my current Facebook account

    Hi and Welcome to the King Community

    I hope you are able to sync your FB account with King account via PC and continue playing your game as usual. Otherwise, let us know what else are missing from the steps or try again by following the steps below.

    • Go to this page: https://king.com/games 
    • In the top-right corner, click "Log in" (If you are already logged in, it will say "Settings", in which case skip the next two steps)
    • Log in using your King account username and password
    • In the top-right corner, click "Settings"
    • Choose the option "Account", then down at the bottom select "Score and progression sync"
    • Select "Sync progress" and you will be asked to log in to your Facebook account.

    And that's it! Your progress will be synced across both your King and Facebook accounts.

    Please note: your progress and Gold Bars will be synced across all accounts and all signed-in devices, but other items like Boosters are stored on your device and are not synced. 


    If you play on a mobile device you may be able to sync the two accounts using the device. The first thing you need to do is sign out of the game with whichever account you are currently using. You do this by clicking on "{My Profile", then sign out on the next screen. You will then be taken back to the opening screen again but this time it will say "Played before?" Click on that and then on the next screen sign in with your other account (if you were playing via King.com then sign in to your FB account or vice versa). Then go ahead and try and play a level and hopefully the game will take you to the same level you were playing on.
