How can I turn off ads sound?

My phone has been on silence since it came out of the box and the ads keep on playing their song. I have already checked both sound settings boxes inside the app, but nothing happens. It also causes background music to stop playing when it’s on.

It can become really annoying and inconvenient.

Hi @aczanella ans welcome to our Community!

To have the ads on silence you will need to have the device on silent mode. The game settings can only control the sounds in the game itself and not the third party ads.
